| 摘 要： | 通过对当前流行全国的“外天井”住宅与普通板式住宅的比较,研究发现,“外天井”住宅在用地、能耗、工料等方面比板式住宅浪费惊人。提醒规划师、建筑师及有关部门引起重视。

| Abstract: | Through comparing the difference between the " outer courtyard" style residence and the common plank style residence, the conclusition shows that "outer courtyard" style residence is terrible'ly wastful in the aspects of land occupation, energy consumplion, engineering material.The planner, architects and the related departments are warned to pay attention to it. |
