美日艺术设计教育探讨

本文以较详实的材料,从现代艺术设计教育的布局、现代设计思潮以及专业设置、设计教育实践等方面,探讨了美日这两个东、西方设计强国在设计教育领域的成就。指出我国有必要借鉴这些国家艺术设计教育的观念和经验,并同我国博大精深的民族文化结合起来,使中国的设计教育与经济一样,崛起在世界的东方。

Enlightenment from Artistic Design in America and Japan

America and Japan have achieved a great deal in artistic design. In this paper,a discussion is made about their achievements in artistic design teaching, which covers the layout of modern artistic design education, the new thinking in this aspect and the disciplines and carriculums and teaching methods of the artistic design specialities. With the zlst century approaching, China should combine advanced countries' new concepts and experience in artistic design education with her extensive and profound traditional culture so that her artistic design education may keep abreast of the times.
