| 摘 要： | 采用低甲醛2D树脂对纯棉织物进行抗皱整理,测试织物处理前后的拉伸性能,并对测试结果进行了比较和理论分析,探讨了整理剂浓度、烘焙温度及织物经纬密度对织物拉伸性能的影响。实验结果表明,经过抗皱整理,织物的经纬向拉伸强力均有所降低,并随着树脂浓度和烘焙温度的增加而下降,由于经向密度大于纬向密度,使得经向强力保留率小于纬向强力保留率,经向的的断裂伸长率变化较小,纬向的断裂伸长率有明显降低。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper,cotton fabrics were anti-wrinkle finished by a low-formaldehyde 2D resin.Tensile properties were tested before and after treatment.Different resin concentration and baking temperature were used on fabrics which have different fabric count on filling and warp directions.Test results showed that strength and elongation of fabrics on both direction were reduced;retention rate of them decreased when resin concentration and baking temperature increased,and strength of warp direction decreased more than that of filling direction,elongation of filling direction decreased more obviously than the other direction because of the lower fabric count. |
