包钢热轧窄钢带合格率影响因素分析

摘    要:通过对热轧窄钢带合格产品、检验废品、中间轧废品的关系进行多元线性回归统计分析,认为检废和中间轧废的增加,使得合格率减小,产生检废主要原因是拉窄、超宽、超厚、卷取废,产生中间轧废主要原因是坯料劈头、坯料加热质量不好、调整不当以及机械、电气事故,提出了减少检废和中间轧废的技术措施.

Abstract:The paper analyses the relationship of the yield rate, the rejected rate and the mid - rolling defective index with multivariate linear regression method. The conclusion shows that the yield ratio decreases when the rejected ratio and the mid - rolling defective index increase. The rejected causes are that the product is narrow, superwide, superthiek, rejected during the rolling process. The mid - rolling defects are because of the blank craze, caused by improper heating system and adjustment method, mechanical and electric accidents. It puts forward the technical countermeasures.
