| 摘 要： | 嵌入式WinCE系统由于某些源码没有公开,该系统下NAND Flash的移植比较困难。为了研究NANDFlash在该系统下的移植方法,以基于WinCE5.0内核在脉冲发生器嵌入式平台上移植NAND Flash为实例,通过详细分析WinCE操作系统对存储器的管理体系和NAND Flash底层驱动的实现原理来重点说明了NAND Flash在WinCE嵌入式系统中的移植方法,最后通过具体的驱动移植实例验证了移植方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | For some codes of embedded wince are not open,it is difficult to transplant NAND Flash driver.In this paper,to researching the method of transplanting NAND Flash under this system,taking the transplant of NAND Flash of the pulse generator＇s embedded platform which bases on the kernel of wince5.0 as an instance,the transplant of NAND Flash driver based on embedded WinCE has been analyzed from the implementation of hardware driver to the management of operating system in detailed.At last,through the concrete process of the transplant verifies the possibility of the method. |
