摘    要:基于高压容器的特殊性,根据承压容器的物理模型,利用计算机模拟的方法建立了承压容器优化设计的数学模型,利用SolidWorks Simulation的分析功能对其载荷特性进行了静力及优化分析,得出承压容器的安全性、可靠性及外形结构的最优尺寸。该分析对设计高压容器外形结构尺寸的优化及成本的降低具有一定的参考作用。

Abstract:Based on the special high-pressure containers, pressure vessels in accordance with the physical model, the use of computer simulation methods of the establishment of a pressure vessel optimize the design of mathematical models, the use of SolidWorks Simulation analysis functional analyze its characteristics load of static and optimization analysis . Obtain the pressure vessel safety, reliability and appearance of the structure of the optimal size. This analysis of the design of high-pressure can check the shape structural optimization of the size and cost reduction with some reference value.
