电池放电系统电压示值误差不确定度评定

摘    要:介绍了使用DF-930F 数字万用表对"DM-2000电池自动放电检测系统"电压显示值示值误差校准结果的不确定度的评定方法。合成标准不确定度的估算使用了4种相互独立的误差来源,其中包括在任意选取负载电阻时DM-2000检测系统重复测量的标准偏差、DM-2000检测系统分度值的不确定度、DF-930F 数字万用表的准确度的不确定度和DF-930F 数字万用表的分辨力的不确定度。电池电压测量不确定度一般可直接使用本不确定度的评定结果。

Abstract:The procedure for evaluating the uncertainty in the calibration of errors in the voltage display of the DM-2000 Automatic Battery Discharge Testing System using a DF-930F digital multimeter was introduced. Four independent sources of errors, including the standard deviation of repeated measures by the DM-2000 System using randomly selected resistance loads, the uncertainties in the reading divisions of the DM-2000 System, the factory-rated accuracy of the DF-930F multimeter, and the factory-rated measurement resolution of the DF-930F multimeter in the corresponding voltage range, are used to calculate the overall standard uncertainty of the calibration. This uncertainty results can be used directly as the general uncertainty of battery voltage tests.
