露天深孔水压爆破模拟试验应变测试

摘    要:露天深孔水压爆破与常规深孔爆破的最根本差异在于前者炮孔中注有水。大量的实际爆破的效果表明,这种爆破方法可提高炸药能量的利用率,降低岩石爆破单位耗药量。为了从理论上解释这一结论,在模拟试验中进行了应变测量。本文介绍了应变测试方案和测试结果。测试结果证实了深孔水压爆破的上述特点。

Abstract:The most obvious differen ce between the deep hole water pre ssure blasting and conventional de ep hole blasting in open pit mines in that there is water in holes fo r the former Results of many pract ical blasts prove that the deep ho le water pressure blasting can imp rove the utilization of explosive energy,thus reducing the explosive consumption for rock blasting To e xplain the test result theoretical ly,the strain measurements in mo de ling tests were carried out This p aper mainly introduces the strain measurement plans and measurement results The above mentioned charac teristic of deep hole water pressu re blasting has been verified by m easurement results
