圆钢管再生混凝土轴压短柱有限元分析

摘    要:为了更深入地研究圆钢管再生混凝土轴压短柱的力学性能,对圆钢管再生混凝土短柱、钢管和再生混凝土的受力过程进行了分析,并对钢管和再生混凝土的承载力变化趋势进行了研究,探讨了取代率、含钢率、再生混凝土强度和钢材强度等因素对于圆钢管再生混凝土轴压短柱极限承载力的影响.结果表明:取代率对于圆钢管再生混凝土轴压短柱的极限承载力影响很小;而含钢率、再生混凝土强度与钢材强度对于圆钢管再生混凝土轴压短柱的极限承载力影响较大,并且可以显著提升极限承载力.

Abstract:In order to further study the mechanical performance of recycled concrete-filled circular steel tube short columns under axial compression, the force process of recycled concrete-filled circular steel tube short columns, steel tube and recycled concrete were analyzed, and the change trend in the bearing capacity of steel tube and recycled concrete was studied. The influence of such factors as the replacement ratio, ratio of steel, recycled concrete strength and steel tube strength on the ultimate bearing capacity of recycled concrete-filled circular steel tube short columns under axial compression was discussed. The results show that the replacement ratio has little influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of recycled concrete filled steel tubular columns under axial compression. But the ultimate bearing capacity can be effectively affected and improved by the ratio of steel, recycled concrete strength and steel tube strength.
