摘    要:金属连接件连接较为受限,需要利用碳纤维材料与金属材料共同连接才可满足实际应用,而碳纤维的微观结构对其性能影响较大,针对上述问题对碳纤维的微观结构进行了研究.制备了PAN100、PAN200型碳纤维材料,并以其作为研究对象进行微观结构分析.结果表明,PAN100碳纤维表面部分区域的纤维束之间出现交联、粘结或磨损现象,而PAN200碳纤维相比PAN100碳纤维更为光滑,表面结构比较均匀,纤维较为细密,且无裂纹和孔洞.PAN200碳纤维的物理性能优于PAN100碳纤维,且PAN200结构相比PAN100碳纤维更适合用作碳纤维连接件.

Abstract:The connection of metal fittings is connectors, so that it is necessary to connect the carbon fiber material with the metal material to meet the practical application. However, the microstructure of carbon fiber has a great influence on its performance. Aiming at the above mentioned problem, the microstructure of carbon fiber was analyzed. The PAN100 and PAN200 carbon fiber materials were prepared and taken as the research object to characterize their microstructures. The results show that the phenomenon of cross linking, adhesion or abrasion between the fiber bundles on the partial surface areas of PAN100 carbon fiber is observed. While the PAN100 carbon fiber is smoother than PAN200 carbon fiber, and has uniform surface structure, fine fiber and no cracks or holes. The physical performance of PAN200 carbon fiber is better than that of PAN100 carbon fiber, so that the PAN200 structure is more suitable for carbon fiber connector than PAN100 carbon fiber.
