基于ROV的水下高压水射流系统及工艺研究

摘    要:由于海洋平台的导管架长期浸泡在海水里会有大量的海生物附着在其表面,导致其负重增加、承载能力急剧下降,大大缩短了海洋平台的服役寿命。因此研发高效的专用清除装置将导管架上附着的海生物及时清理掉迫在眉睫。在参考国外先进技术的基础上,结合我国现有技术条件,研制出了高效实用的海下导管架附着海生物清除系统,对其清除效果进行了海下测试,并对其关键部位——高压水射流喷枪进行了FLUENT仿真。首先根据实际情况对清除系统的功能要求进行分析,确定了高压水射流系统的整体结构以及组成;然后借鉴国内外相似设备的研究经验,并根据清除系统的功能要求对高压水射流喷枪的机械结构进行设计;同时对喷枪内高压水的流动状态进行了FLUENT模拟仿真,根据仿真结果对其清除效果进行了预测,并对喷枪设计不合理之处进行了优化;最后对设计的系统进行海试测验。结果表明,该水下高压水射流系统完全满足其功能要求,可以便捷高效地将海底导管架上附着的海生物清理掉。

Abstract:In recent years,with the continuous exploitation of marine resources,more and more offshore platforms are needed.Because the jackets of offshore platforms are immersed in the sea water for a long time,a large number of marine organisms will adhere to the surface of the platforms,resulting in an increase in their load-bearing capacity and a sharp decline in their carrying capacity,which greatly shortens the service life of the platforms.Therefore,it is urgent to develop an efficient special cleaning device to remove the marine organisms attached to the jacket in time.On the basis of Referring to the advanced technology of foreign countries and combining with the existing technical conditions of our country,an efficient and practical underwater jacket attachment marine biological removal system was developed.Its removal effect was tested underwater,and its key part,high-pressure water jet gun,was simulated by FLUENT.Firstly,according to the actual situation,the functional requirements of the cleaning system are analyzed,and the overall structure and composition of the high-pressure water jet system are determined.Secondly,the mechanical structure of the high-pressure water jet gun is designed based on the research experience of similar equipment at home and abroad and the functional requirements of the cleaning system.FLUENT simulation was carried out to simulate the flow state of internal high-pressure water,and the removal effect was predicted according to the simulation results,and the unreasonable design of the spray gun was optimized.Finally,the designed system was tested at sea.The results show that the underwater high-pressure water jet system fully meets its functional requirements and is convenient.Efficient removal of marine organisms attached to submarine jackets may lead to mass production in the future.
