摘    要:为了提升电动汽车的品质,控制永磁同步电机的振动与噪声,在对内置式永磁同步电机的空载气隙磁密波形与转子磁体结构关系研究的基础上,提出了一种新的气隙磁密波形优化方法.在均匀气隙下,使单个磁极的磁密在空间上不均匀分布.设计了"M"型新转子结构,对"M"转子结构永磁同步电机建立了有限元分析模型,并进行了有限元分析.结果表明:"M"转子结构的气隙磁密波形接近于正弦波,气隙磁密空间各成份谐波含量明显减少,气隙磁密波形正弦畸变率也有所减小,谐波得到了有效抑制.

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of electric vehicles and control the vibration and noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor, a new optimization method for air gap flux density waveform was proposed on the basis of the study on the relationship between both no-load air gap flux density waveform and rotor magnetic body structure of built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor. The distribution of flux density in space for a single magnetic pole was inhomogeneous under the uniform air gap. A novel “M-shape” rotor structure was designed, a finite-element analytical model for the permanent magnet synchronous motor with “M-shape” rotor structure was established, and the finite-element analysis was carried out. The results show that the air gap flux density waveform of“M-shape” rotor structure is close to the sine wave, the harmonic wave content of each component in the space of air gap flux density obviously reduces, the sinusoidal distortion rate of air gap flux density waveform also decreases, and the harmonic wave gets effectively suppressed.
