摘    要:结合LabVIEW软件和NI公司的硬件设备,开发基于虚拟仪器的测控系统,并在气弹簧的测试中得到应用.该系统可以实现在确定的行程和速度下进行气弹簧力学性能的测试,并且能够通过对步进电机的程控,实现系统闭环控制.实验表明,该测控系统具有使用方便、性能完善、测控精度稳定等特点.

Abstract:Test and control system of gas spring based on virtual instruments was developed and applied to the test of gas spring by combining software of LabVIEW with hardware device of NI corporation. The system can test the mechanical property of gas spring in a certain stroke and velocity, and realize the closed-loop control through controlling stepping motor by program. The experiment indicates the system has the characteristics of convenient use, perfect performance and stable test control precision.
