组织结构对吸湿排汗织物性能的影响

摘    要:为了研究织物组织结构对吸湿排汗机织物性能的影响,对不同经纬密度和织物组织的吸湿排汗机织物的性能,如吸水性、透气性、刚柔性及折皱回复性等进行了测试与分析。结果表明:在其他条件相同的情况下,经、纬密度对织物毛细效应、折皱回复性及刚柔性无显著影响,对织物透气率有显著影响,经密对织物吸水时间有显著影响,纬密对织物吸水时间无显著影响;织物组织对织物吸水性、透气性及刚柔性有显著影响,对折皱回复性无显著影响。

Abstract:To research influence of stitch structure on properties of moisture absorption & sweat releasing fabric,properties of moisture absorption & sweat releasing fabric with different warp density,weft density and fabric stitch were tested,such as water absorption,air permeability,stiffness & softness,winkle recovery and so on.The result shows that influence of warp density & weft density on capillary volume,wrinkle recovery and stiffness & softness in the same condition is not notable,and the influence on air permeability is notable,influence of warp density on water absorption time is notable,but weft density is not notable.Influence of fabric stitch on water absorption,air permeability and stiffness & softness is notable,but on wrinkle recovery is not notable.
