履带车辆行驶平顺性预测的仿真

摘    要:履带车辆行驶平顺性预测仿真,以某型履带车辆为例,利用Matlab信号处理工具箱构建路面模型,以逆傅立叶法构造路面谱.以ISO 2361标准作为平顺性评价方法,对履带车辆在F级路面上的平顺性进行仿真.并用履带车辆模块和Pro/ENGINEER构造履带车辆虚拟样机,包括其结构组成及运动分析、模型建立及仿真分析.

Abstract:For the forecast simulation for riding comfortability of tracked vehicle, taking some type tracked vehicle as an example, the road model was built up by Matlab signal processing tool, and road spectrum] was set up with inverse Fourier transform, the ISO2631 criterion was chosen as the evaluation method of riding comfortability of the tracked vehicle, the ride simulation of the tracked vehicle was made in the F-level virtual road. The virtual prototype of Tracked vehicle was constructed with tracked vehicle module and Pro/ENGINEER, and it includes structural composition, motion analysis, modeling and simulation analysis
