土与结构接触面试验仪的研制与应用

摘    要:为真实地反映接触面的性状,自主研制和开发了一台可用于土与结构物接触面试验的新型接触面试验仪,该仪器可实现接触区域土体沿剪切方向的自由变形;采用数字图像位移测量技术,并开发了与之配套的细观位移测量软件,可从宏观和细观2个方面对接触区土体变形进行精确测量;实现了接触面应力与位移量测的自动化.试验结果表明,该仪器能够测定和研究接触区土体的应力变形性状及土与结构面的相互作用机理和规律;土体与结构物的接触作用不只发生在接触界面上,还存在一个接触区,应对接触区的应力变形性状进行详细研究,才能建立合理的接触面本构关系.

Abstract:In order to study the characteristics of interface,a new test apparatus for soil-structure interface is independent researched and developed;this apparatus is patient of unrestricted deformation of soil in interface area along shear direction.Using the PIV system and a complete set of micro displacement measurement software,the deformation and stress of soil in interface area can be measured accurately on macroscopic and microcosmic scales.The test apparatus can automatically measure stresses and displacements of the soil-structure interface.The test results show that the apparatus can be used to measure and study the stress deformation property of the soil and mechanicsms and regularity between the soil and the structure;the relative slip displacement happen not only on the structural surface but also on soil;so it needs to detailedly study the stress deformation property of soil-structure interface;and this is a basis to develop a reasonable constitutive model.
