摘    要:在已有曲线形夹具锚体系的力学模型和力学分析的基础上,通过理论分析的方法提出了CFRP片材最大预拉力控制、最大锚固长度和锚具体系可靠性的判断方法.结合加固工程算例分析,说明了CFRP片材预拉力值以及相应锚具尺寸和高强螺栓的确定方法,给出了工程加固基于锚具体系可靠性的计算参数和主要设计程序,并分析了预应力损失的有关因素,以及考虑预应力损失因素下,预拉力有效值的估算.

Abstract:A method for determining security of anchors and a way to control the maximum allowable pretension force of carbon fibre reinfored plastics(CFRP)are propased by the way of theoretical analysis which based on the existed mechanical model and mechanical analysis of curved anchor.By a strengthening engineering example,the program to determine the maximum allowable pretension force of CFRP,anchor size and high-strength bolts is explained.The calculation parameters and key design steps in the engineering strengthening is proposed based on the analysis of curved anchor reliability.The relevant factors causing prestress loss are also analyzed.Considering the prestress loss,the effective value of pretension force is estimated.
