摘    要:针对农村饮水水源出现微污染的现状,采用多腔压力式一体化净水器进行了连续流微污染水净化试验.该净水器净化工艺采用投加混凝剂后经纤维球助凝+中石英砂+细石英砂2级过滤方式,水处理规模为10m3/h,选择聚合氯化铝作为混凝剂.试验结果证明,采用此工艺,净水器对微污染水中的浊度及CODMn具有较好的去除效果,出水浊度及CODMn达到国家农村饮水安全的要求.净水器的连续运行时间与常规自来水厂相似,可以达到18h左右.净水器经过反冲洗后,其截留过滤能力恢复较好.净水器出水在使用次氯酸钠消毒后,出水细菌总数也可达到国家农村饮水安全的要求.

Abstract:Currently,there exists micro-pollution in rural drinking water.The experiment on continuous-flow micro-polluted water purification is carried out with multi-cavity pressure-type integrated water purifier.The technology uses fiber ball for coagulation-supporting after adding coagulant,quartz-sand and fine-quartz-sand for doublefiltering.The treatment capacity is 10m3/h and the polyaluminium chloride(PAC)is selected as the coagulant. Considering the water turbidity and the chemical oxygen demand(CODMn)to the rural area drinking water safety requirements.The results show that this technology has better removal effect.The continuous running time of the water purifier is similar to conventional water plant,which is 18hours or so.After backwashing,the purifier’s capacity of water interception and filter restores well.The total bacterial in the outlet water can meet the rural area drinking water safety requirements too when it is disinfected by NaClO solution.
