摘    要:测定了阀塔玻璃钢拉杆轴向声学性能,用开发的UT-CAS系统计算了相控阵探头在拉杆内声场分布,以及螺纹与裂纹回波信号随距离的变化关系,设计确定了阀塔玻璃钢拉杆的超声相控阵检测工艺;用该工艺实际检测拉杆模拟裂纹,结果表明:在拉杆的重点检测区域内,深2mm的径向裂纹比同等深度螺纹波高6~13.1dB,能可靠地检出.

Abstract:The axial acoustical properties of the fiber glass reinforced plastic(FRP) rods of converter valve are tested.Use UT-CAS to simulate the sound field distribution inside the rods and the flaw echo,which contributes to determine design the ultrasonic phase array testing technology of FRP rods of converter valve.Artificial cracks were tested by this testing technology.The results show that in key test zone,2mm crack echo is 6-13.1 dB higher than thread echo with same depth.
