| 摘 要： | 由于金融体制改革滞后，债券和股票市场规模相对较小，社会投资渠道的缺乏，导致居民储蓄总额逐年提高；因此，如何消除储蓄向投资转化过程中存在的障碍成为当务之急。从银行、股市等几个方面分析了储蓄转化为投资的难点，并提出了相应的建议。
