针对造气含氰废水处理循环使用中存在的问题提出了解决方法。建议在塔前处理时要加大沉淀时间,改善排泥设施,增设过滤工序;取消冷却塔型生物滤池后的沉淀、澄清及污泥处理设施;实现零排放。

Treatment and Reuse of Cyanide-containing Waste: Problem and Solution

Solution was given to treatment and reuse of cyanide-containing waste in the gas process. It was suggested that, at the stage of treatment before entering into tower, precipitation time be stretched, discharge equipments be improved, a filtering process be added; while, at the stage of treatment after exiting from cooling tower-typed biofilter, precipitation, settle and sludge treatment equipment be removed; zero release be achieved.
