大流量安全阀静、动态特性的仿真研究

摘    要:以一种新型大流量安全阀为研究对象,分析其结构,利用FLUENT软件进行流场仿真分析。依据安全阀在立柱系统中的工作原理,采用AMESim液压元件设计库,建立安全阀的模型并进行仿真,得出安全阀在溢流卸载过程中的阀芯位移曲线。从仿真结果看出,适当增加溢流孔个数有利于安全阀工作状态的稳定,为液压支架用大流量安全阀的设计提供了借鉴。

Abstract:Taking a new kind safety valve with high pressure and large flow rate as research object,structure of valve was analyzed,flow field was analyzed with FLUENT.Based on safety valve in column system principle of work,and safety valve model was built and carried on simulation using AMESim software,unloading process valve core displacement curve was gotten,the results showed that suitable increase of opening mouth would be advantageous to safety valve active status stability and it proposed reference for design of safety valve used in hydraulic support.
