摘 要: | 以胡萝卜、枸杞、甘草为主要原料,提取其汁液,采用正交试验,探索出最佳饮料配方和最佳工艺条件,开发出色、香、味俱佳的复合型多功能保健饮料。

Abstract: | A solution was extracted from carrot,fruit of chine se wolfberryand licorice root. Based on the optimum formulation and processing technology obtained,a compound healthy drink was made from the solution with goo d color,smell and taste. |
