生物大分子的新颖分离系统——双水相及其应用

摘    要:介绍了高分子双水相和表面活性剂双水相的构成、性质及其在生物大分子分离富集中的应用。高分子双水相由一定浓度的两种高分子水溶液,或一种高分子与别一种无机盐的水溶液混合形成。该技术已成功地应用于多种生物大分子的分离富集。表面活性剂双水相由头基较大的一种阳离子表面活性剂与另一种阴离子表面活性剂在一定浓度和混合比的条件下形成。该双水相体系经济简单,条件温和,有望成为适宜于生物活性物质分离的新体系。

Abstract:Compositions and properties of aqueous polymer two-phase and aqueous surfactant two-phase systems, and their applications to the separation and concentration of biomacromolecules are reviewed in this paper. Aqueous polymer two-phase is formed when two particular polymers or one polymer and a certain salt are mixed at certain concentrations in an aqueous solution. Such phase separation technique has been successfully used for the separtion of various kinds of biological materials. On the other hand,aqueous surfactant two-phase is formed by mixing with one common anionic surfactant and another cationic surfactant which has bigger alkyl groups in the quaternary ammonium salt at certain surfactant concentrations and certain mixing ratios. The system is simple and ecnomical, it provides mild partitioning environment, which enables the effective separation of bioactive materials
