玻璃铝基复合材料高温压缩变形行为研究

摘    要:利用Gleeble-1500对玻璃铝基复合材料在温度为573~723K、应变速率为0.01s^-1~10s^-1的条件下进行高温压缩变形行为的研究。结果表明:应变速率和变形温度的变化强烈影响复合材料的流变应力,流变应力随变形速率的提高而增大,随变形温度的升高而降低;玻璃铝基复合材料高温塑性变形时的流变行为可用Zener-Hollomon参数的双曲正弦函数来描述。

Abstract:High temperature compressive deformation of glass/aluminum metal matrix composites was performed using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator in the range of deformation temperature from 573 to 723K,strain rate from 0.001 to 10 s-1.The results show that the flow stress is controlled by strain rate and deformation temperature,the flow stress increases with the increase of strain rate and decreases with increase of temperature;The flow stress of the composites during high-temperature deformation can be described by Z...
