This article commence with domestic and foreign research about social responsibility,analyzed the bottleneck of Zhejiang clothing industry upgration on social responsibility view,pointed out the social responsibility authentication was not the new trade barrier, but was the unique way of Zhejiang clothing industry upgration,and summarized how by feat of social responsibility system to impel the Zhejiang clothing industry development.
