基于虚拟仪器技术的边界扫描测试仪的设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的边界扫描测试仪,该测试仪采用PC机控制整个测试、诊断过程;首先通过下载电缆将测试指令从打印机端口送往被测PCB,采用边界扫描技术完成测试工作,然后将测试响应上传至PC机,由智能故障诊断软件对响应做相应的分析和运算,获得对PCB的诊断结果。

Abstract:A kind of boundary-scan tester based on virtual instrument technology is designed,which uses personal computer(PC) to control the whole test and diagnosis process.After instructions for test had been download to the tested PCB via a cable from the printer port and test with boundary-scan technology was finished,PC receives the uploading respondence and uses intelligent fault diagnosis software to analyze and calculate,then gives the PCB's diagnosis result.
