| 摘 要： | 农民问题是中国革命和建设中的根本问题，而实现农民增收又是农民问题的核心。但现实的状况是农民增收困难，而且进一步增收的难度很大。面对困境，面对入世，我们必须采取切实有效的措施，去解决这一难题。
