| 摘 要： | 参考文献研制了RST抗原，以本所RPR和TRUST抗原为对照，检测254份血清标本，其中梅毒血清54份，非梅毒血清200份。结果表明RST抗原特异性和敏感性良好，反应模式优于TRUST和RPR抗原。

| Abstract: | 54 specimens of syphilis and 200 specimens of nonsyphilis serum were detected with the reagin screening test antigen prepared by authors, using RPR and TRUST antigen as control. The result proved that RST antigen showed good specificity and sensitivity,and the RST reaction pattern was superior to TRUST and RPR antigens. |
