流行性乙型脑炎特异性IgM、IgG诊断试剂盒的研制和应用

应用乙脑病毒感染BHK21细胞制备抗原，建立检测乙脑特异性IgM、IgG的诊断试剂盒，以ELISA捕捉法检测了107份临床疑似乙脑的患者血清，IgM阳性率为61．7％。该法比血抑法简便、敏感，不需要双份血清，可用于临床早期诊断。应用抗体夹心法检测了21份患者血清，IgG阳性率为61．9％，与ELISA捕捉法检测的符合率达100％。抗体夹心法与ELISA捕捉法可联合用于回顾性临床诊断和大规模流行病学调查。

Preparation and Application of Diagnostic Kit for Epidemic Japanese Encephalitis Specific IgM and IgG

The diagnostic kit for epidemic Japanese encephalitis (JE) specific IgM .and IgG was prepared by infecting BHK21 cells with JE virus. 107 specimens of sera from doubtful patients with JE were detected with the kit by IgM antibody capture ELISA, and the IgM positive rate was 61．7%. This method is simple and more sensitive than hemagglutination inhibition test and duplicatesera specitnen is not required. It is useful for early diagnosis of JE, 21 specimens from JE patients were detected by using antibody sanddwich ELISA and the positive rate was 61．9%. The coincidant rate was 100% comparing with antibody capture ELISA. Combination of these two methods could be used for retropective diagnosis and epidemiological investigation.
