| 摘 要： | 目的比较胃癌患者尿液中6种微量元素的差别。方法HNO3-HCl04（4：1，v／v）为消解体系，利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定正常人与胃癌患者尿液中锰、镍、铝、钻、铜、铬等6种微量元素的含量。结果胃癌患者尿液中锰、镍和钴降低显著，铜、铬升高显著，钼降低但无显著性差异。结论胃癌患者与正常人尿液中6种微量元素的水平有显著差别，起到预防、早期诊断及临床治疗胃癌的辅助作用，具有一定的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the difference between normal human and patients with gastric cancer in six trace elements in urine. Methods The urine was dipped in HNO3-HClO4（4：1, v/v）, six kinds of trace elements were determined in urine by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer. Results Compared with normal human, the contents of Mn, Ni and Mo in urine of patients with gastric cancer were significantly lower （P〈0.01） , Co was lower （0.01 〈P〈0.05） , Cu and Cr were significantly improved （0.01 〈P〈0.05 ） , and Mo was not significantly different. Conclusion The difference of six trace elements in urine is present between normal human and patients with gastric cancer, which provides a useful method for prevention, early diagnosis and clinical treatment of gastric cancer. |
