机场固定通道结构的有限元分析

摘    要:以ANSYS有限元分析软件为工具,利用ANSYS提供的二次开发工具APDL进行命令流的参数化建模,对固定通道的一种结构模型进行有限元计算,得到多种载荷工况下的应力和变形,并对结构的强度和刚度进行了校核,同时在相应约束条件下对固定通道进行模态分析,计算得到固定通道的各阶固有频率,并将有限元计算结果与固定通道实际工作时的频率做比较,验证了固定通道结构的安全性。

Abstract:Based on APDL, a secondary development tool of ANSYS, this paper modeled one type of fixed tunnel, and then made a finite element calculation to the model the stress and deformation under different load combinations. The stress and displacement results were compared with related yield stress and deflection limit. This paper also made a modal analysis of the model, and then compared the obtained frequencies of the fixed tunnel under corresponding constraint. The finite element calculation results verified the reliability of the fixed tunnel structure.
