某地铁上盖建筑结构可行性研究

摘    要:某项目是带6栋塔楼的地铁上盖,为充分发挥已建地铁站结构及其支护地下连续墙的作用,拟建地铁上盖与地铁站结构及地下连续墙相接。此连接形式对已建地铁站产生抗浮力改变、中柱轴力增大及基底反力增大等影响,并对地下连续墙产生抗浮力及基底反力增大等影响。文中从连续墙冠梁构件强度、连续墙整体抗浮、连续墙地基承载力、地铁站中柱轴压比及减振措施等方面论证了该方案的结构可行性,可为相似工程提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:One project with 6 top head tower structure buidlings built on the subway.In order to make full use of the subway station structure and its underground diaphragm wall of supporting role,the ready-built top head buidlings should be interconnected with the subway station structure and its underground diaphragm wall and this form of interconnection can produced the alteration of anti-buoyancy for both the subway station and underground diaphragm wall including the interaction effects of axial force on the center column and the contact pressure on the base.This paper introduces the feasibility demonstration for the structures in this plan through the study of strength of top beam component for diaphragm wall,anti-buoyancy along the diaphragm wall,bearing capacity of the diaphragm wall foundation as well as the axial compressive ratio of underground center column and vibration reduction measures,which can be reference for similar projects.
