绿色高性能氨基磺酸系高效减水剂的制备与性能

摘    要:以对氨基苯磺酸钠、双酚A和甲醛等为原料合成了绿色高性能氨基磺酸(AS)高效减水剂,考察了反应单体的摩尔比和工艺参数对水泥颗粒分散效果的影响。结果表明,在n(双酚A):n(对氨基苯磺酸钠)= 0.625:1,n(对氨基苯磺酸钠+双酚A):n(甲醛)=1:1.2,pH=10~11,90~100℃反应5~6 h,得到的AS高效减水剂对水泥颗粒分散性最好。应用性能研究表明,AS高效减水剂与传统的氨基磺酸高效减水剂相比具有成本低,绿色,生产工艺简单的特点,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:Green and highly effective amino-sulfonic acid(AS)water reducing agent was synthesized from p-aminobenzene sulfonic acidbisphenol A and formaldehyde.The influences of the molar ratio of monomers,pH,reaction temperature and reaction time on the performance of the product was stud- ied.The results showed that when n(bisphenol A):n(p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid)=0.625 :1,n (p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid+bisphenol A):n(formaldehyde)=1:1.2,pH=10-11,tempera- ture=90-100℃,and reaction time=5-6 h,the AS water reducing agent had better dispersing a bility for cement and concrete particles.In comparison with the conventional amino-sulfonic acid,AS has the characteristics of highly effective water reducing ability,low cost and simple preparation process.
