| Abstract: | There are many waterflooding oilfields in China, which have got into high water content stage. Their water-oil ratio increases rapidly, and the economic benefit is marked bad. The paper puts forward the concept of economical limiting water content about oil well. If the water-oil ratio overtakes the limiting water content,the oil well's production hasn' t economic benefit. According to the actual investigation of several oil fields, we get the calculation method of economical limiting water content of oil well and the calculation result of case history, and put forward the suggest how to run the high and superhigh water content well. |
