| 摘 要： | 对垃圾焚烧发电申请清洁发展机制(CDM)项目的经济、技术、政策可行性进行了分析,提出了垃圾焚烧发电在沿海经济发达地区不具备额外性需求。根据政府间气候变化专委员会(IPCC)最新的气体排放公式,给出了某垃圾焚烧发电项目温室气体减排量方法学模型,并计算出该发电项目CDM收益率为每吨垃圾65元左右。

| Abstract: | The feasibility of ecomomy, technology, and strategy in applying for clean development mechanism (CDM) project of power generation with municipal solid wastes(MSW) incineration has been analysed, putting forward without demand of additionality in power generation with MSW incineration at costal economy-developed areas. According to the most newly published IPCC formula for gas emission, a methodological model for greenhouse gas emission reduction in one project of power generation with MSW incineration has been given, and the earning rate from CDM of this power generation project being calculated to be about 65 yuan RMB/ton of MSW, having important significance for enhancing capability of constructing environmental facilities in cities of middle China. |
