| 摘 要： | 马钢引进高线轧机粗中轧机后扭转辊设计存在较大偏差。通过理论分析和计算，得出扭转辊试棒直径的合理尺寸。使用此值，从根本上解决了轧机的窜辊问题。

| Abstract: | The design of later twist roll of roughing and intermediate mills, which are imported by Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., exist great bias. The reasonable size of twist bar diameter is gotten by theory analysis and calculation. So the problem of alternating motion of roll is resolved based on it. |
