| Abstract: | Two strains of Leuconostoc, i.e. L. mesenteriodies subsp. dextranicum WZ4- 3 and L. mesenteriodies subsp. Mesenteriodies 6055, were used to investigate the influences of different culture conditions on their growth. An optimal environment supporting the growth of the two leu- conostoc strains was given. |
