高铬铸铁堆焊合金硬质相结晶形态研究

摘    要:利用恒流电解相萃取技术提取了高铬铸铁耐磨堆焊合金中的硬质相(Cr,Fe)7C3碳化物。分析研究结果表明,碳化物结晶立体形态为六角长棒状晶体,晶体中存在不同生长缺陷。碳化物结晶凝固速度的不同结晶形态也不同。当凝固速度大时易形成实心六角长棒状晶体,相反易形成空心六角长棒状晶体。

Abstract:By means of constant-current electrolysis phase extraction,the hard phase,(Cr. Fe)_7C_3 carbide was extracted.The results show that crystallized stereo-morphology of carbide is hexangular linear crystal,in which there exist different growth defects.Crystallized morphologies are different with different crystalline freezing rates of carbide.Solid hexangular linear crystals form easily at big freezing rate,on the contrary,hollow hexangular linear crystal form easily.
