| 摘 要： | 自动注胶机具有定位精度高，工艺稳定，可显著提高生产效率等特点，应用领域广泛。文章介绍了一种面向特定行业，功能丰富的注胶机控制系统。选用西门子S7-200PLC，威纶（WEINVIEW）公司MTS06MV触摸屏与步进电机等组成注胶机的控制系统，可实现连续注胶和点动注胶，工作速度60mm／s，重复定位精度0．02mm。

| Abstract: | Automatic glue-injection machine is widely used with its characteristics of high accuracy, stability processing, and significant higher productivity, etc. Glue-injection control system with multi features for specific industry is designed. The control system is realized by using the Siemens S7-200 PLC, WEINVIEW touch screen MT506MV and stepping motors. Continuous glue-injection and spot moving glue-injection can be realized, the working speed is 60 mm/s, and the repetition pointing accuracy of resetting is 0.02 mm. |
