陶瓷原料加工路线的选择

摘    要:在实验室条件下,研究了入磨物料颗粒分布对球磨效率的影响。同时对含粗大颗粒较多、颗粒分布范围很宽的矿物料直接入磨,以及矿物料经粒度分级、破碎大块料、控制入磨物料粒度的陶瓷原料两条加工路线的总体效益进行了对比分析。

Abstract:Under the laboratory condilions, we have studied the influence on grinding efficiency of the grain size distribution of raw materials. In addition, we have compared the total beneficial result of the following process mutes. One is that minerals are fed directly to the ball mill. These materials contain a lot of big particles and have a wide range of grain size distribution,but materials must be pretreated in the other mute. We can do it in such waysgrading minerals by size,squashing big lunps,controlling the size of raw materials.
