摘    要:介绍了以氯气、甲苯为原料,采用过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为催化剂生产三氯甲苯。研究了BPO加入方式对三氯甲苯质量的影响,结果表明,采用氯化液与BPO质量比为2:1对BPO进行浸泡,分离出其中的游离水,加入氯化反应系统,甲苯氯化产物三氯甲苯含量有了较大的提高。

Abstract:The production of trichlorotoluene is introduced using chlorine and toluene as raw materials, with benzoperoxide (BPO) as catalyst. The effect of BPO addition methods on quality of trichlorotoluene are studied. The results show that, through BPO immersion in chloride solution, the mass ratio of the chloride solution and BPO is 2 : 1, after separating the free water, the BPO is added in to the chlorination reaction system,the trichlorotoluene content has great improvement.
