特殊井分注工艺

摘    要:大港油田部分水井属于高温、高压、套变、结垢及深斜井 ,这些特殊井用以前的分注工具及工艺无法实施分层注水 ,不能有效开展层间治理、稳油控水等挖潜措施。通过研制应用地面一级二段、地面二级三段分注工艺技术 ,配套引进应用了G - 6封隔器、小直径封隔器等 2种分注工艺技术 ,有效解决了特殊井的分注难题 ,层间矛盾得到了及时治理。

Abstract:A part of water well in Dagang Oilfield is of such characteristics as high temperature, high pressure difference, casing deformation, scaling, deep and deflecting well, these special wells cannot be implement zonal water-flooding, effective interlayer harnessing, oil stabilization, and water control, potential digging out and etc. by means of utilizing former separate layer water injection tools and technologies. By methods of both manufacture and application of surface single degree in two sections and two degrees in three sections have equipped and imported two kinds of separate layer water injection technologies for instance G6 packer and mini-diameter packer by which have effectively solved separate layer water injection puzzler in special wells as well as harnessed timely interlayer inconsistency.
