微细塑性成形工艺实现及最新研究进展

摘    要:阐述了微细塑性成形工艺的基本概念,从材料性能、摩擦、工艺、模具加工及成形装置等方面分析了微小尺度零件成形加工的技术特点,指出其中的关键问题是微细尺度下材料性能的变化规律,研究了微细尺度摩擦规律以及微细模具和微成形装置的设计制造。指出了微细成形的研究要充分利用现有的技术,不断深入研究,最终可实现微细成形工艺的实际应用。

Realization and new progress of microforming process
Abstract:The concept of the microforming was represented. The technical characteristics of this process were discussed from the aspects of the material property, friction, process, die machining and forming apparatus. It was pointed out that the key problem of this process was the changing rule of material property under microforming scale. The friction law in microforming was researched, and the die and forming apparatus and their manufacturing process were designed. The research on microforming process must make full use of the present technologies and conduct further study to realize its practical application.
