| 摘 要： | 本文介绍采用时间交替技术研制成的１００ＭＳＰＳ高速数据采集系统的构成原理和调试技术。该系统全部由ＴＴＬ芯片组成，无论在结构上，还是成本上都比早期研制的１００ＭＳＰＳ采集系统具有绝对优越性。
