| 摘 要： | 一些高职院校重视学生能力培养的同时,忽视了人文素质教育,所以当代高职学生人文素质不容乐观.高职院校要建设人文校园,除了创造人文环境,还要制订人文素质教育长效机制,重建人文精神,塑造学生健全人格.学生人文素质的提高,需要外部环境的熏陶、人文知识的传授和学生自身的实践三个方面共同完成.
