摘    要:天然气产业的迅速发展需要建立统一的天然气热值标准。为了降低富含轻烃的天然气的热值,回收轻烃资源,提出了一种利用天然气压力能的轻烃分离方法。利用高压天然气压力能转化的冷能,用于高压天然气的预冷,再通过脱甲烷塔将天然气中的轻烃分离出来。整个系统的能耗较低,经济效益较显著。

Abstract:The rapid development of natural gas industry needs to establish a unified criterion for calorific value of natural gas. In order to reduce the calorific value of natural gas containing rich light hydrocarbons and recover light hydrocarbons, a method for separation of light hydrocarbons by pressure energy of natural gas is put forward. The cold energy transformed from pressure energy of high-pressure natural gas is used to pre-cool high-pressure natural gas, and the light hydrocarbons in natural gas are separated through a demethanizer. The system has low energy consumption and significant economic benefit.
