摘    要:为测试阻尼稳速展开机构的稳速能力和带负载特性,采用了基于CANopen协议的力矩传感器及工作于转矩模式下的交流伺服电动机,由工控机及可编程序控制器(PLC)调节转矩大小,实现了对展开机构角度-输出力矩曲线和展开机械-转速曲线的动态测试。试验结果表明,该系统能够对阻尼稳速展开机构特性进行高精度地评测。

Abstract:Aiming at testing fixed-speed and driving load character of fixed-speed damping to expand machine, torque transducer based on CANopen protocol and AC servo motor operated at torque control mode were used, the AC servo motor mode switch and load were controlled by PC and PLC. Charts of expanding angle-output with torque and expanding angle-speed were tested with high precision. The test results indicate that the system can comparatively precise evaluate the character of fixed-speed damping to expand machine.
