室内封井器试压用增压缸的结构设计与计算

摘    要:针对现有在室内进行封井器试压的打压增压装置存在打压慢,设备检修复杂、最终打压压力难以精确控制等问题,提出利用增压缸进行打压增压的技术思路。分析了增压缸的结构特点,并依据增压缸工作原理和力的平衡原理,设计计算了增压缸活塞直径、增压缸壁厚、活塞杆直径、端盖尺寸等参数。结果表明,实现室内封井器试压打压的增压缸结构简单,使用方便,产品质量可靠,生产效率高,为企业创造了良好效益。

Abstract:In view of existing in indoor packer pressure test pressure booster device to suppress slow,complex,and ultimately suppress pressure equipment maintenance is difficult to precisely control problems,proposes the use of pressurized cylinder suppress supercharging technology train of thought.Analysis of the pressure cylinder structure characteristics,and on the basis of pressurized cylinder working principle and the principle of balance of force,design and calculation of the pressure cylinder piston diameter,wall thickness,pressure,the diameter of the piston rod end cap size and other parameters.The results show that,the realization of indoor packer pressure test pressure booster cylinder has the advantages of simple structure,convenient use,reliable product quality,high production efficiency,for enterprises to create a good benefit.
