干气制乙苯高沸物的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对干气制乙苯高沸物进行了定性定量分析。结果表明,高沸物由56种化合物组成,其中含量较高的组分为多烷基苯、1,4-二乙苯、2-甲基联苯和3,4′-二甲基联苯,其质量分数分别为48.37%,6.69%,8.40%和13.19%。2-甲基联苯和3,4′-二甲基联苯都是重要的医药中间体,具有新的利用价值。

Abstract:The high-boiling residue produced in ethylbenzene synthesis from catalytic cracking dry gas was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that 56 kinds of compounds were separated from the high-boiling residue,among which the contents of polyalkylbenzene,1,4-diethylbenzene,2-methyl-1,1′-biphenyl and 3,4′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl were higher,and their mass fractions were:48.37%,6.69%,8.40% and 13.19% respectively. 2-methyl-1,1′-biphenyl and 3,4′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl were important medicine intermediates and had new utilization value.
